Let’s get your color back in focus.

Most analysis issues come from lighting, framing, or camera processing. Try the checks below before taking another photo.

No face found

Use a front-facing photo with one whole face visible. Move closer, keep your head level, and remove anything covering the forehead or cheeks.

The result changes

Face a window in indirect daylight. Turn off beauty filters, avoid colored lamps, and keep makeup minimal. Phone cameras adjust white balance automatically, so small changes are normal.

Camera or photo access

Open iPhone Settings → Apps → Toniva and allow Camera or Photos. You can also continue with only photo-library access.

Delete your data

In Toniva, open Settings → Delete local data. This clears preferences and all saved palette metadata from the iPhone.
